The company recommends annual servicing as a minimum, with bi-annual visits for heavily used systems. Each visit covers a full inspection of trolleys and suspension systems, track fixings, acoustic seals, panel alignment, and mechanical locking mechanisms, concluding with a written service report and Health and Safety compliance certificate.
Service packages are available on a contracted or ad hoc basis. The company holds IPAF, CRB, and PASMA certifications and covers all major partition and operable wall systems regardless of manufacturer or age.
